The Four Types of Quality Inspections

There are Four primary types of quality inspections: pre-production, First article Inspection, During Production Inspection, and final random Inspection. There are a variety of details that must be inspected and approved during each phase in order to detect and correct quality problems

  • Conducted at the stage of 40-50% of Production
  • Thorough inspection of Semi-finished & finished goods.
  • Controlling fold measures/packaging/accessories position to give signal scope to factory.

This Inspection is conducted at the Stage of 40% -50% of goods been completed with Production. We Inspect the Semi-Finished& Finished Goods thoroughly according to the AQL requirements & advise factory on corrective action Plans to ensure that the Quality of the Product is maintained throughout the production Phase to avoid any shortcomings at the final or at a later Stage.
